Ive learned alot in the past 2 weeks since Ive started my fitness lifestyle changes. Ive lost 14lbs total, lost a full pant size, gained a lot more energy, have my blood sugar back under control, and am definitely alot happier. I look forward to my time at the gym everyday. Its more than just working out, its a release and an escape from everyday chaos and issues. A killer playist on my ipod helps me zone out the world and focus on me. I push myself harder everyday, trying to become stronger and more fit, but also to improve in other aspects of my life. Ill admit, at first I was very intimidated to go to a gym. I pictured the gyms of the past. But its so much different. Just average people there for the same reason. SO happy I started, sorry I didnt do it years ago. Thanks to everyone for your encouragement and support.
