Ive learned how to create a relational database from disjointed csv files. Seems like that should be a marketable skill (unlike lobbying :( ) Thanks to my friend David Shaws purchase of DHSMV crash data, Ive downloaded it and can now format it into a spreadsheet so Ill be able to get post-2011 crash data- the DOT has stopped giving it to me, and the 2011 data they gave me was questionable. This is a VERY complex and time consuming project (for me), but the rewards will be the best source of crash data. We can debunk the angle crash data and show how many in ACTUAL NUMBERS of RLV crashes have taken place. Sorting these into camera intersections would be a huge undertaking, but one step at a time.
