Ive listened to this TED talk many times and I always take something new from it. I think that everything she talks about regarding body posture and how it can positively or negatively effect how you feel and how others perceive you deeply connects with the path of yoga. During yoga you fully occupy your body with pride, you accept what is, show compassion towards your self and your effort, be in the present moment, feel grounded and centred, find inner strength balanced with softness. Once you learn this on your yoga mat you will begin to see how these skills carry out into the world, beyond the yoga studio and percolates throughout your life.
