Ive lived in the Ingleburn area since my Dad was posted to Ingleburn Army Camp in 1963 when I was a baby. I remember when coming down to the town didnt involve passing under a freeway bridge but did involve crossing the old wooden bridge over Bunbury Curran Creek and a right turn past a farmhouse where you could buy bunches of flowers they grew in their fields. The town was small, the Georges River was clean and safe to swim in and I could still ride my horse down the main street in 1976 and stop to let him stick his head in the doorways of the shops. Miss the old days...
