Ive lived in this house for about 9 months. My next door neighbor is a 72yo widow whom Ive come to like very much. She asked about my trip and when I said I had met some of my favorite authors she asked me to name them. Oh, oh. Well, in for a penny, in for a pound, so I told her I review romance, primarily gay romance. Dead silence for a minute, then she said, Do you have something I could read? I loved the gay boys in my class and would like to read what they might have liked. (She taught high school English). I gave her Pitch, by Will Parkinson. She loved it and asked for more. Ill stick with YA for a while and see how it goes.
