Ive lost over 10 pounds these past 30 days by making a simple tweak, and this has been while traveling and on the road with hardly any exercise. Im getting shredded and loosing weight like I have never done before. Here is what I am doing: 1. Total hydration 10-12 glasses of water daily. When I wake up, before my feet touch the floor I have 2 glasses of water. (squeeze some lemon in it). Most of the time when you feel hungry, thats a signal of your body needing water. So, try a full glass of water and see if youre still hungry afterwards. (no coffee, no soda). Dont drink water 20 min before, after or while eating, as you flush your digestive juices. If you need do, thats a signal youre dehydrated. 2. I replaced all breads, potatoes, pasta, rice, oatmeal (carbs) with veggie carbs. So, I have lean protein with veggies all my 3 meals. My other 2 meals are protein shakes. My snacks consist of a handful of almonds, an apple, grape fruit, berries. I eat a meal or drink a shake, or have a snack EVERY 3 hours. Try this for 30 days and you will be blown away with the results. My meals: Meal 1: 6 Egg whites, 1/2 avocado, with sliced up tomatoes, cucumbers, or sauté spinach. Or a salad Meal 2. A protein shake with fruit, and a few almonds (or a meal) Meal 3: Fish with a big, fresh salad (with olive oil and lemon juice, Mrs Dash salt free spices) Meal 4: Shake or a meal (lean protein & veggies) Meal 5: Fish and (sauté) veggies (or big salad), 1/2 avocado Meal 6: snack
