Ive loved garlic my whole life but mostly cooked in pasta sauces. I read something about how eating raw garlic is very good for you (healthextremist/garlic-health-benefits-why-you-should-eat-r/). So, last night, after having been in three different cities/airports and up early and doing business deals all day and arriving completely exhausted in Anarchapulco at nearly 2am I ate some raw garlic and went to sleep. I expected to wake up feeling really crappy since I had been going hard for the last 5 days and expected to be slow and groggy... instead I woke up feeling great. So, I asked my cook to make me a veggie drink in the morning with raw garlic in it... and have been full of energy all day. You cant come near me because I totally stink of garlic... but feel great. Ill keep eating garlic despite the fact I absolutely reek if I keep feeling this way. Anyone else try this?
