Ive never been treated so poorly by a Doctors office staff IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I wasnt even his patient, but his staff called me out of the blue few weeks ago, I didnt even know who this Dr. Dieffenbach was. They said my doc referred me to him and I needed to see him stat. If I didnt, they really implied Id die. OMG, whats wrong w me??? (turns out was nothing, but...) So they gave me an appt. A set date and time. I rearranged my entire schedule to be there. I arrived early, but they wouldnt see me because I didnt call them the day before to confirm. HUH? I had an appointment. I showed up. Nobody said I had to call. Im a professional, I waited patiently for over an hour, then too bad, they told me to leave or they would call the cops. REALLY? Youre going to call the POLICE on me?? You brought me here in the first place?!? WHAT THE HECK!?! Methinks someone needs to get FIRED. Serious. Does anyone know this doctor to let him know what happens there?
