Ive never let anyone see this middle pic (not even my closet friends or family) because I was so embarassed but Im over it now since I see progress. After my lipo I had gained so much weight around my waist and I was like Damn, Ive wasted my money (thousands of hard earned dollars). I was back to sucking my stomach in on pics and I had thoughts of going back under the knife! I called @drcurves office to schedule an appt and everything! My patient coordinator @shellyatdrcurves said its nothing that a little working out cant fix, youll bounce right back but I was afraid to workout thinking that Id lose my curves! In addition to that, I didnt want to look like a bodybuilder! I was working with a trainer before but wasnt at all motivated because I hate the Gym Setting...then my life changed! I was introduced to @philgoodfitness that told me... Save your money. I guarantee to get your waist back down in a few weeks while enhancing your curves and if you dont see progress, Ill pay for 1/2 of your Surgery!! I said Hell Yea! Now that was motivation! The workouts are so fun! We dont use a lot of those awful machines and the outside workouts vs the Gym workouts are So relaxing and Im not embarrassed in front of all of the In Shape Professionals at the Gym! The 1st pic was last summer (shortly after surgery)... The Middle pic was about 11 weeks ago and the last pic was taken on Monday! I told him Id help push him to the fullest and has since then hired him to train myself and my models. Truth is we All fall off sometimes and Im back ON!! Im so real it scares you sometimes! @philgoodfitness is the TRUTH! Just wait until July tho!!! My waist will be 24 inches!! Im coming for you @iamsodeelishis & @keyshiakaoir
