Ive never ranted online about any company. organisation or service provider, but STARHUB, YOU TRULY SUCK! How hard is it to activate fibre service in our home? After 3 months, 2 personal visits to your store and multiple calls to your hotline, the fibre service in our home is still not connected! When we first got the fibre installed in our home, we were excited to connect it and change our current StarHub Cable service to the StarHub Home Hub service. We called your hotline a few times in May, each time we were asked to leave our numbers and wait for the sales office to contact us... but nobody called back! So, in June we decided to visit the store, first time we were told after an hour of queueing and paying the outstanding May bills to come back the next week as you were upgrading all the set top boxes in Singapore and we will incur extra cost if we sign up then, so we went back the next time to sign up for the Home Hub service and finally got an appointment today to connect the service. You were supposed to come today from 11 am -1 pm, but you never showed up! Never bothered to contact us, we had to call your hotline, to be told that the reason you did not show up is because the appointment was automatically cancelled on your system due to the fact that a fresh new bill for June was generated and we have not settle the payment yet?!!! As the system does not allow any service if there is a record of outstanding payment! You could have informed us at the very least that the payment needs to be settled instead of canceling the appointment without notifying us, making us waste the whole day waiting for you and calling your hotline. You still haven got back with a reschedule after that... Your various customer service officers apologised and said that it was mis-communications and cant resolve it... and then pushed the buck to another department in a merry go round! We are still waiting for someone to call THIS IS NOT A CASE OF MIS-COMMUNICATIONS. YOU ARE A LOUSY MONEY MINDED COMPANY WITH ZERO ORGANISATION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a long time customer since the SCV days, we are truly disappointed.
