Ive noticed a trend here recently among myself and others.....the last time I was in court they wouldnt allow any recording devices into the courtroom. If they have nothing to hide they have nothing to worry about right? Mine was family court....where there are no transcripts and any discrepancies or complaints all hinge upon the public employees, court officers, and court officials word. That should make us all pause and reflect that this scenario is dangerous. It presents a conflict of interest if a judgment is personal and goes sour. Why arent people wary and why isnt anyone bringing this issue up?
