Ive noticed an up-tic in fear over Fukushima. Im not saying this isnt a horrible disaster, but some of the claim are just out there and beyond being unscientific. Even if the whole nuclear plant exploded today, that would not be the case. And then theres Dr. Hellen Caldicott. George Monbiot, the per-emininent green journalist at the Guardian, had to take her down a notch a couple of years ago. I missed it, but am posting it here.
