Ive placed you atop a Pedestal, With an Infinity of Feelings raining around me, I see in each droplet A small fraction of my Reflection Lost in the Vastness of what I am to do. You stare coldly at me, with eyes so unfamiliar I gaze back at you with Uncertainty, Fearing the worst... For the stars speak the truth of you being a stranger In your touch, tenderness is no more In your words, life has fled In your eyes, the fire has ceased In your love... the Meaning became nothing The air in the room is heavy with the elephant neither of us wishes to notice... Stay ignorant And remain in Bliss Or awake to the Truth And end this Pain... It seems pathetic to just let you drag me along by the strands of my heart Play me like a broken Violin, Im coming to a Conclusion that I wished never became a possible Chapter... Like a spoiled child, Youre careless to being cut off & rejected You assume Ill never Fade away... But I think it needs to be Realized... I cant Subject myself to this Torture. In the End... It just might be my Ticket to starting a Life I Can Enjoy...
