Ive pretty much had enough of how shit Facebook has become. Even with thousands of followers your posts can end up being seen by a handful of people unless you promote them with a significant financial investment... What was free is now being re-packaged and sold back to us as a strategy to help you get a broader outreach. What a load of bullshit. If you plan on connecting with a solid online community, I would say that for the time being, developing your own personal mailing list is of paramount importance. We have been manoeuvred into a dependency on social media and if you are running an online business you are in a very precarious and vulnerable position. I for one will be posting more personal and relevant information through the Nyishar newsletter from now on with a lot less emphasis on this s(t)inking ship that is Facebook.
