Ive raved over my amazing doctor before but Im going to do it again. Several days ago I ran out of my prescription and because theres no generic form of it I couldnt afford to get it refilled..also I was overdue for a medcheck so my doctor wouldnt call in a script without seeing me first...which I also couldnt afford. Today (4 days after going cold turkey off this stuff) I felt completely manic..my skin was crawling and I felt like there was sandpaper behind my eyeballs and my heart was racing nonstop. I called my doctor and told the nurse exactly what had happened. She had my doctor call me back within the hour and she told me that shed stay at the office til I got off work then to come straight over. She gave me a bunch of free samples, didnt charge me for the visit, and told me to never do that again. (We have a new plan in place since I cant afford the other medication anymore.) But seriously. Amazing doctor. She stayed over an hour to wait for me all by herself. :) :)
