Ive read commentaries and watched the PETA video and i have come to think that ignoring this or anything like this makes us look guilty to a public that is ignorant in a lot of ways about real life and animals. I think that we as an industry and now especially those folks who are directly under attack, have a great opportunity to lead the way in force to combat the ignorance that makes heavy accusations using clearly edited video and sound clips. Some open and direct steps can nail the lid shut on anyone who cant backup these kind of accusations. The idea of ignoring it our just cutting some folks from the barns doesnt fight back it only encourages the opposition with awin. Just my opinion but I think Steve has a great opportunity here to lead the industry in transparent changes that silence attempts to discredit us all.
