Ive read from a few post that Tender Tush has a rich and creamy texture. I bought mine in September, but my baby boy only developed a rash over the weekend. My tender tush is greenish and running like water! I called the YL office and the customer service lady insisted that its supposed to be watery. When I asked further, she said I need to shake it.. She then insisted that since I have purchased my tender tush more than 30 days, theres nothing they can do. I am totally disappointed that YL is not doing what they preached about their stringent product quality etc. Anyone has similar experience? Can this be reported to CASE since its product is defective?
