Ive read many studies that show that people who maintain a healthy weight long term tend to eat the same things over and over again. Here are my TOP 20 foods that make up most of my diet. 1. Shakeology® 2. Eggs 3. Bell peppers (red is my fav) 4. Spinach 5. Berries 6. Greek Yogurt (usually plain sweetened with raw honey) 7. Apples 8. Nut Butter/nuts 9. Broccoli 10. Avocado 11. Hummus 12. Steel cut oats 13. Chicken Breast 14. Carrots 15. Banana 16: Fish 17: Sweet potato 18: Beans (garbanzo, kidney, black) 19. Quionoa/brown rice 20. Zucchini/Squash *LIKE* if this is helpful.
