Ive read so many status updates about the death of Robin Williams this evening, and I, too am truly beside myself by his untimely death. But what we must take notice of is the fact that this incredible man dedicated his life to making US laugh, while he lived a privately unhappy existence. That level of sacrifice is beyond comprehension for most people. Ive been looking through pictures of him, reading articles, and if you look into his eyes in photos, he appears incredibly sad, even when smiling. I posted a status a couple days ago that read, Be kind to all that you meet, for they could be fighting a struggle that you know nothing about. And I think this is a prime example of such. His passing is an incredible loss, and the silver screen will never be the same again without his face, nor his comedy. But, Genie is free finally.
