Ive read two posts in my newsfeed this morning from men whove conquered depression. Thats not the part that excites me though, the best part is that the basis of their statuses is gratitude. Gratitude towards those whove helped and inspired them to get well. Gratitude for second chances and the gift of life. But best of all, gratitude towards the support of those who have been there to support them, directly it indirectly through their journey. I reckon thats the key folks: support. Be there for each other. Weve all got our demons but together were a pretty dang powerful force and we CAN overcome adversity. Thats good stuff.
