Ive received many messages asking for help and what i do for the Glutes lol and honestly i wish i could reply to them all but its definitely time consuming and unfortunately i dont do that for a living. But i am glad to help anyone in any way i can. So in this short video from today im doing stationary in and out lunges on a step stool it targets the Quads, Hamstrings and GLUTES they are killer but work wonders. Normally i would have a resistance band while doing this..but for starters its best without one. Focus in posture back straight, core tight, root your front foot to the stool for proper balance. I normally do 3-4 sets of 15 on each leg (in and out is one rep) anyway hope that helps and looking to start a series of videos. What do you all think? #Bootybuilder#Susiebooty#workhard
