Ive received today my order and my new Britax Affinity travel system looks absolutely great! Unfortunately, I have a big problem with the car seat. Everything looked fine with it until I put it on the Britax Affinity Chassis. The car seat is really unsteady on the chassis and moves back and forth with each movement. This is something I didnt expect as Ive already tried the chassis and car seat in a shop next to my place and it didnt move at all! As this is the first time I notice this problem, I guess that there is something wrong with the car seat (the seat unit and carrycot are perfectly steady). Can you please tell me how we should proceed so that I have a steady car seat? Is it possible to get a replacement? Thank you in advance. Here is a video of the unsteady car seat:
