Ive reserved a hotel room and registered for RavenCon in April, joining MarsCon in January for my planned convention schedule for next year. Upcoming conventions I still havent decided on are CapClave this October (it depends on where I am in getting The Merrimack Event ready for publication and In Forgery Divided out to the editor), MystiCon at the end of February, or trying out Madicon in March. Im not going to be going to five conventions that close together, thats for sure (not unless I can go as a guest, which Im not ready to apply for, yet). Its a question of whether I do two or three conventions in that span of time, and if I do a third which third. Im leaning towards Capclave, but I might not be able to fit that one in my schedule. In other news, Ive finished the tweaks for The Kitsune Stratagems print cover, but I havent even gotten started on fixing the problems I identified in the interior -- Ive been too busy. Maybe Ill get to it later tonight, maybe not. I dont anticipate it taking very long once I do get started, though, so (depending on what else I have to do) I might be able to upload it later tonight. My nephew is visiting tomorrow, though, so if I dont get it done tonight it probably wont be out until the weekend... but thats still more than a week faster than it took me for In Treachery Forged.
