Ive said before I have nick names for many of my neighbors. Naked Man, Asian Sniper, The Peeper, Pregnant Lady (cause she is always pregnant, and no, Naked Man isnt her husband) Im adding a new one to my list. LADY COP WITH ANGER ISSUES. Shes constantly screaming colorful profanities at her dogs accompanied with loud banging noises in her house. (I think she throws stuff around) Today she screamed at me. Not directly at me...just yelling. But I heard her from inside my house. Earlier, the wind caught my patio umbrella which tipped my table. Id picked up table and the few things that were on it... minus one candle. Guess the candle made it into her back yard (Townhouse- backyards connect) She SCREAMS Oh my God, stop putting f***ing s**t on your deck, it falls into my F***ing backyard!!! ..... I dont think now is a good time to go over and ask for my candle back.
