Ive said it many times that while ISIS and Ebola appear to be unrelated, one option they have to get resolutions passed, or introduce Crisis Initiation would be to say that ISIS/ISIL has Ebola as a weapon, or better yet, ISIS/ISIL is the one RESPONSIBLE for the outbreaks. This elevates this tiny group to a serious enough apparent danger to justify political goals/objectives, but also makes a smaller number appear to be a bigger threat than they would need to be if just feet on the street. When Ebola was first introduced to the equation, it seemed obvious to me that it would be an almost insanely easy thing to do if they simply associated (or even INSINUATED) ISIS/ISIL was responsible for some/all Ebola deaths... Im holding out for one HUGE I told you so!, though you might see it as a remote course for them to take...
