Ive said it once and Ill say it again. I love my clients. I do what I do because I want to see them all as happy as they make me. Lately I have been a bit off and it was becoming noticeable. I try to leave my own baggage at the door, but sometimes it sneaks in with me. I apologize for that and there is no excuse, but I do hope to do the same when you come in beat, bad mood, under the weather, off, stressed, etc. and get you to leave happier and closer to your goal as well! I have a phenomenal crew and have also had the great fortune to work with many wonderful people over the years. Even if they are no longer with me I appreciate them none the less and hope for the best in everything they are doing in their lives inside and outside of health and fitness. So thank you everyone.
