Ive sat on this little story since September 13, 2014, b/c I just wasnt ready to share it; but the time has come... Maybe you already know that Ive always thot of myself as ANYTHING BUT a good student. More like a nuisance, a bother, an annoyance, irritating, and a problem child. Well, at our companys WV training event in Sept, we were blessed to have the president of the company in our midst, participating and teaching, overseeing and observing; and at the end of the day, he gave me this little certificate. Maybe he saw that I was the most insecure person there and needed some affirmation. Maybe he actually saw some positive thing in me that I find difficult to find in myself. Who knows (and who cares) WHY he chose to me. All I know is that it touched and inspired, encouraged and invigorated me inordinately much. In fact, it touched me so deeply that it actually brings tears to my eyes every time I think of it. The 2nd pic is of Mike, me, the company president, and my sponsor.
