Ive seen a few people—some of them minarchists/constitutionalists—acting as if Cliven Bundy was in the wrong and that hes somehow violating property rights. This quote from Stefan Molyneaux says pretty much exactly what my thoughts on the matter have been. The government has NEVER had a rightful claim to that land. Cliven Bundys family essentially homesteaded it 150 years ago, theyve just never been able to own it outright because of the governments silly rules. For all intents and purposes, that property is the Bundy Familys. At least, as far as grazing rights go.
