Ive seen so much carry on about this that I thought Id throw my 2cents worth in. 😄A lot (not all!) of the people whinging about it are quite content to sit back and rent, just living for the moment spending all their money on trivial things for the present moment and not looking to the future, because they wont go without to save a deposit. But when they get to the future they will whinge that others need to provide a roof over their heads for them because they are worse off, forgetting totally how they lived for the moment when they were young. At some point in life you have to do it, young or old, the choice is ours..... Most people have a hard time keeping up with the mortgage on only one property, try it on two. Yes you may have 2 properties but that is because youve gone without a few of lifes luxuries and then stuck your neck out and invested in another. The battle is increased exponentially because if it fails you risk losing the 1st. Good on them for daring to step out and take a risk, and for those that say they are not battlers, try it some day 😜
