Ive seen this in salons for years. A sociopath stylist will manipulate others into a clique and the sociopath will start a whispering campaign to destroy the salon or a fellow stylist. They have a natural hate for successful people and do all they can to bring them down.I have done battle with them for years.True sociopaths only make up 2 to 4 % of society but their gangs/cliques give them another 15 % to help them destroy. SO only 20% create the evil(compulsive destruction)that we all experience. I have studied this phenomenon for years. I try to capture them accurately in my novels. I deliberately wanted to piss them off in my first novel by exposing some of their techniques.I was very interested in the responses of the critical reviews and am highly amused when I know I succeeded. Positive reviews(social folks) are a breath of fresh air and it enrages sociopaths. I hear such stories from clients daily. The ultimate success over a sociopath is to SUCCEED anyway. It drives them nuttier than they already are!
