Ive spent my whole day so far, in my kitchen. Started at 10:30am, & its now 4:00pm. Supper in the slow cooker (Beef Stew), got 8 lbs of chicken thighs ready to start cooking for the girls, & finally made from scratch, that Lemon Pie I promised Todd. Followed the recipe ver-batim, & even had a small bowl left that didnt fit in the crust. The pie looks beautiful, piled high merangue, but dont think Ill be able to eat the pie. After eating the left over lemon filling, not only is it waayyy to sour, but I got really neauseated & thought I was going to lose it.!!!
