Ive spent some time looking into the whole copyright thing with Disney...and interestingly enough, I can use the artwork as its transformative use or a parody of the original work, so by adding tattoos...this is a parody of the princess! Also, this was interesting... Copyright infringement becomes an issue of integrity and economic gain when consumers mistake the knock-off for the original version. For instance, purse or shoe manufacturers might take brand name logos with the intent to deceive consumers and make a profit. In this case, it is clear that copyright law should be enforced and upheld I clearly state my creations are Disney inspired and in no way official Disney merchandise... So basically, stick that in your pipe and smoke it...✌️
