Ive started incorporating single arm and single leg training into my normal weights routine lately to challenge myself a bit more and also to correct any imbalances I may have. This is week 2 of doing pistol squats. Last week I struggled to get 3 out on each leg! This week I did 4 sets of 8 on each leg. This was straight after doing heavy back squats. It just shows how strong you can get in a short amount of time if you keep persisting with something. I need to hold onto a bar while doing this particular squat as my balance is a bit off and Im not strong enough yet to do them without. Just gotta keep practicing :) Give them a go and let me know how they feel!
