Ive witnessed this over and over again. Everyone needs to understand that accepting this as reality doesnt mean that you have to feel guilty over it. Accepting that this is true and recognizing it when it occurs around you is a step in changing the statistics. If you refuse to see it then you are just ignoring the problem and you are more prone to make snap judgments based on distorted perception. One more thing...I will remove any comments that do not add to the discussion and just get nasty. I know that this subject can bring up a lot of emotions for people. But my Facebook page is not a place to take cheapshots at people.
