Ive worked at Target on the flow team for only 3 months now. The other day, after working 6 hours past my scheduled shift was over, my ETL and I walked out together and he told me how awesome I am. This is the first time in my life Ive ever felt needed and important. Target may have a lot wrong with it, but I love my job. These people have become more loving and supportive of me than my own family and I wouldnt have it any other way.
