I’M starting a new ASK basic training [PROGRAM} for my self, I will prove how much ASK basics do for a person by building up my body and doing kicks and punches with the best in the world I’m NOT going to post any more for awhile, I put out how I am built right now and I will show u how much I have gained in a short period from training is ASK basic training I am joining a GYM SPA, THE truth is I have been joining since last week but I will join this week and start weight training, UP to now I have done nothing but isometrics training and lost 80 LBS ASK BASICS offers a person many ways to get in shape, LIKE for my self, I wanted to build up my body and do karate better then most, YOUR goal can be I want to lose 40 LBS and look good WHAT ever the goal ASK BASICS will get you their, LOOK in a few months and I will show how this training transforms a persons body from not much to really looking good, I will show u this ?
