I’d been feeling like I was getting weaker on my deadlifts the past few weeks but today proves otherwise! It’s almost a repeat of weights I used at the end of the last cube cycle but each rep is SO much cleaner and these iron plates aren’t as tall so it should be harder AND I’m a little bit lighter. Very happy, 500lbs I’m coming for you… 1 x 140kg 309lbs 1 x 160kg 353lbs 2 x 184kg 406lbs 1 x 189kg 417lbs 1 x 194kg 428lbs 5 x 163.5 360lbs
