I’d personally like to thank all our Ed’s Fans who took the time and trouble to post a message of support for our statement regarding the opening of our Fort Kinnaird diner recently. Whilst we can only apologise again to those folks who we have disappointed, Id like to let you know that we are making great progress at our Fort Kinnaird diner, and our local team are doing a fantastic job in serving the large number of visitors that we have been receiving. Thanks to them (and you!) this is the busiest diner that we have ever opened. There are plans for more Ed’s Easy Diners in Scotland, the next being St. Enoch Centre in Glasgow later this month, so be sure to check our website for any future openings. Andrew Guy CEO
