I’m about to enter a bikini competition for women after 40 in 5 weeks! I’m so excited and I want to share with you some of my workout routines! I hope you join me in this new challenge! Back and arms routine You’ll need: Free weights Machines 3 series of 15 repetitions each one, then 30 minutes of cardio. When we work out our back automatically we involve the arms, which means that our whole upper body gets activated, including our abs because in order to do the exercise properly we have to keep it contracted the whole time.
