I’m beyond thrilled & amazed that we already have Entry Forms coming in…YAY!!! I will be sending out Confirmation #’s for all completed Entry Forms this week & when you come to set up your tree, you just have to tell the person at check-in what your number is & they’ll show you to your spot! Please keep in mind that the deadline for Entry Forms is November 11th & I still have a few larger trees left! OK, now to the lengthy list of volunteers needed to make this event run smoothly! Here’s the bulk of what we need, more jobs may follow, but for now if we can get the time slots below covered, we’ll be in great shape! Selling Raffle Tickets & Explaining how the Raffle Works: Each shift we’ll need 2 people selling raffle tickets & 4 people to explain how the raffle works. Also note that on Saturday Dec. 7th from approximately 3pm-5pm, Axholme Rd. will be closed to vehicular traffic due to the Festival of Lights Parade lining up, so it will probably be very quiet during this time! Thurs. Dec. 5th: 10am-1pm - 1pm-4pm - 4pm-8pm Fri. Dec. 6th: 10am-1pm - 1pm-4pm - 4pm-8pm Sat. Dec. 7th: 10am-1pm - 1pm-4pm - 4pm-8pm Sun. Dec. 8th: 10am-1pm - 1pm-4pm We could also use help on Monday Dec. 9th assisting people who are picking up their trees & with cleaning up the hall. If anyone is interested in baking (or buying) cookies, we’d really appreciate it for our complimentary cookie & coffee bar! Please let me know if you have any questions about anything!
