I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired, particularly, in the Zimmerman acquittal case. The problem is not with the current laws on the books, but the latitude of discretion given to the judicial process. For example: When law enforcement, has discretion, as to how they investigate a shooting. They sometimes do so with a subjective bias against people of color. Furthermore, when the prosecutor’s office, has the discretion, as to how they charge a suspect, they too, sometimes do so, with a subjective bias against people of color. And the Courts have proven to be a haven for inequities, ironically, providing tremendous refuge for injustices. Albeit, the tide was set in the initial blunders by the Sanford Police Department, however, notwithstanding the problems of preserving evidence, and the improper charging of Zimmerman—in my opinion should have included Aggravated Stalking---further exasperated the situation. Moreover, the Judges’ suspiciously rendered a hasty ruling in denying the prosecutor’s request for the jury instruction “ initial aggressor” provision under Florida law, which would have allowed the JURY the latitude to convict. It added up to the good ole boys smoke and screen show. But I guess we’re not supposed to have the intellectual capacity to decipher through BULLCRAPP.
