I’m sitting here, reminiscing about our days growing up. Those were the good old days. Sierra Leone produced an everlasting breed of beautiful ladies and it was tough completion among the boys to secure JUST one of those classy, gorgeous ladies. Once we set our eyes on the one we liked, we would then approach with confidence and utter these beautiful but simple words “ar want you”. They would then “blushfully” reply, “ar go gee u answer later” That’s when all the problems would begin. They would then start running all kinds of extensive background checks on us whiles we eagerly anticipate their answers. That background check always took longer than expected; even took longer than the FBI. In the meantime, the word would have gone around, that person so and so, “yarn” person so and so. Nobody wanted that sea food call CRAB. My questions to these girls- now women; why did we have to go through all of that to get your love? Secondly, what did your background check consist of? Over to you ladies.
