I’m still wondering how school traffic affected the I-275/I-4 junction this morning. I couldn’t get from the on ramp at Himes because of the stalled traffic, so I had to get off at Armenia exit. That’s one-way southbound, so I waited at that traffic light to go to Howard. I waited at that traffic light to turn northbound. Then I waited at the traffic light on Howard and the westbound exit ramp. Then I caught another red at the next block. And my favorite Christian radio station wouldn’t come in, so I got to listen to static until I punched another button for the oldies station. Barry White’s brown velvet voice singing “Can’t Get Enough of Your Love, Baby” was enough to calm me down. Then I danced in my seat to Roy Obison’s “Pretty Woman.” I didn’t know getting stuck in traffic could be so much fun! (Made it to work by 8:45.)
