I’m very proud and excited to announce my run as a Democrat for the mayoral election of Wilkes-Barre! I’m 30 years old and have lived 21 of my 30 years in the city. I grew up on East South Street in the Heights until I was 10. I then moved to Shavertown where I graduated from Lake-Lehman in 2003. I purchased my house in 2009 in the Heights section of the city on Hayes Lane. My profession is working with the developmentally disabled, which has been my career for the past 7 years. I find it very rewarding to help others. I think the vast majority of us can agree that we are not happy with the way the city is currently run. Crime and corruption are rampant. Due to the increase in crime our houses are losing value rapidly. We deserve better and our children and elderly especially deserve better. The sad thing is, you don’t have to be elderly to look back and say “I remember when Wilkes-Barre was a great place to live”. I’m 30 years old and I can honestly say that. I’m a straight shooter, I tell it like it is, and in the coming months I’m going to let everyone know what I plan on doing to help the city if I’m elected. You cannot change what you don’t acknowledge and this city has many problems that need to be acknowledged. My campaign slogan is “Too Legit To Quit”. Please like my page below if you’d like to keep updated about my campaign. I plan on posting video’s as well. Thank you for your time.
