I’ve been asked what my workouts entail before so today I made a video of some of the exercises I performed at the gym over my lunch hour. The gorgeous lady in purple is my BFF and workout partner for the day (also a mother of two under 4). We trained our legs and core, and followed this routine: 4 x 10 barbell squats superset with 10 jump squats in between; 3 x 12 Leg Presses superset with 10 pop squat in between; 3 x 8 Alternating Lunges per side superset with 10 jump lunges in between; 3 x 10 Hack Squats; 3 x 12 Leg Extensions; 3 x 12 Walking Lunges; 1 minute traditional plank; 45 seconds (per side) side plank; 30 second reverse plank. Superset means no breaks, you move straight from one exercise to the next. Feel the burn!
