I’ve witnessed some crazy things done on nice Harleys before, but this is just plain stupid. Speedway Racing is a sport that is very popular in Europe, and has evolved into a very unique segment of motorcycle racing. The pure methanol burning 500cc single cylinder Jawa and CZ Speedway racing bikes are a special breed of machine weighing around 170-200 lbs, short wheelbase, no brakes, and a very steep rake in the front end. Now watch these clowns on HD Baggers, Dynas and Softails with ape hangers wearing t-shirts and gym shoes, trying to negotiate a tight speedway track and trying to slide under power. Very rarely have I seen such a lack of regard for a person’s machine or their own wellbeing.
