J&K UNEMPLOYED PHYSICAL EDUCATION & SPORTS ASSOCIATION: The J&K unemployed Physical Educated youth are protesting from last two months for the implementation of Rehbar-i-Khel. They met Honorable Chief Minister, Honble Sports Minister & Director General Sports and placed their views & problems before them. They assured them but no solid step is coming forward from the Government. The protesters who were protesting under the banner of “J&K Unemployed Physical Education and Sports Teachers” urged the authorities to adjust them as Rehbar-i-Khel as promised before by former sports Minister Haji Nissar Ali in 2008. Amid high sloganeering, the youth demand the CM to end their woes otherwise they will be compelled to intensify the protests. While speaking to the media, Hilal Rather, President JKUPESA said, that we are fully hopeful that CM will not disappoint the youth. Being a young energetic CM he should take this matter seriously and we hope that before elections our matter will be solved. “In the year 2000, the NC led government had provided employment to 55,000 youth under ReT scheme, this will be a clear discrimination with our profession and the young youth of J&K”, Rather added. with regards, Hilal A.
