Masterman Middle School in collaboration with MacGuffin Theatre & Film Company ______________________________________________ Guys & Dolls Program Patrons and Ads Performance Dates: November 15th at 7:00pm and 16th at 1:00pm Patron and Ad due date: October 30 at 8pm As you well know ticket sales cover only a fraction of our costs. Patrons and Ads help us to pay for our production. Each cast member is asked to raise a minimum of $100 for the program. These Patrons and Ads will be featured in our program. Students and families with financial difficulties should come and talk us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ADS (just like you see in the back of any program or yearbook) Businesses, families, and friends can buy ads to advertise and/or support their actor(s). Ads may include pictures, images and text. Adjust the ad to fit the size you are purchasing. Include the actor(s) name with all ads so we know whom to credit Email all ads in .jpeg (PREFERRED) or .pdf format to John Rea at jhrea27@hotmail by the due date (Oct. 30th). Below are the sizes/types of ads to sell: · $150 Full page 5” x 8” (back cover)* · $125 Full page 5” x 8” (inside front/back cover)* · $100 Full page 5” x 8” · $50 Half page 5” x 4” · $25 Quarter page (business card) *Please check the availability of these pages with John Rea - 215-917-5291 PATRONS Patrons are one-liners in the program for families and friends to wish their actor(s) a good performance, make a statement of thanks, or just be silly. There are 3 levels of Patrons you can buy: Gold, Silver or Bronze The length of the line should fit one line at a 10pt. font in “Times New Roman” Include the actor(s) name with all ads so we know whom to credit There are three levels of Patrons you can sell/buy. List patrons as Gold, Silver or Bronze so we know where to place them in the program. · $10 Gold · $5 Silver · $2 Bronze Email your list to Liz Fredette at LFredette@MacGuffinTF by the due date.
