JAMES LEGER RADIO VISION NOUVELLE admitted to using someone elses identity to get a U.S. passport and to renew it; his plea deal in lieu of a maximum 15 years in prison and $250,000 fine, is pending, and his sentencing is set for OCTOBER. He was arrested MAY 29th and was under a deportation order since 2001, but used the passports under the name WILBERT CARN to travel internationally. LEGERs leased the radio station from TRAVIS MEDIA starting in 2010 to air Haitian programming.
