MARINE SERVICES BATTED FIRST 170 FOR 8 IN 18 OVERS LOST TO CONTRACO 171 FOR 9 IN 104 BALLS BY ONE WKT WITH 4 BALLS TO SPARE. Ashraf had 1-29. AMI JUFFALI BATTED FIRST 125 FOR 8 IN 18 OVERS LOST TO HALA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL 128 FOR 3 IN 93 BALLS BY 7 WKTS WITH 15 BALLS TO SPARE. AMI Juffali using the track first posted 125 for 8 against Hala International School in 18 overs as Habeeb hit 2 fours to stroke 23 in 25 balls while Asif Sultan making 21 in 23 balls, Imran 18 in 15 balls with one four and a six as Zafar got 13 not out in 11 balls, Najam made 10 in 10 with one four as Mustafa made 8. Ibrahim took 3 wkts for 24, Abdulwasay 2 wkts for 29, Junaid 1-12 and Hamed 1-29. Hala International School in reply got to the winning target of 128 for 3 in 93 balls to win by 7 wkts as Atif top scored unbeaten 43 in 27 balls with 2 fours, Anas made 24 in 20 balls with 3 fours while Farez made 19 in 17 balls with 2 four whereas Hamed made 17 in 13 balls with 2 fours. Abdulrehman made 3 not out. Asif scalped 1-22, Zafar 1-20 and Najam 1-26. ARAB LANKANS BATTED FIRST 183 FOR 3 IN 18 OVERS BEAT MASTER’S CC 120 FOR 7 IN 18 OVERS BY 63 RUNS. Arab Lankans elected to bat first against Master’s Cricket Club piled up 183 for 3 in 18 overs through Rumaish A C blasting unbeaten 63 in 33 balls with the help of 4 fours and 4 sixes as he added 111 runs in 62 balls for the third wkt with Siraj M. who made 42 in 39 balls studded with 2 fours and a six to get to 174 from 63. Earlier Imran S S scored 42 runs in 22 balls with the help of 2 sixes and 3 fours as he stitched 53 in 31 balls for the first wkt together with Mushtaq(7). Waleed A took 2 wkts for 33 runs while Anas Ali had 1-31. Master’s CC chasing could only get to 120 for 7 in stipulated 18 overs to lose the encounter by 63 runs as Junaid C made 38 in 27 balls with 4 fours while opener Anas Ali scored 29 in 23 balls with 4 hits to the ropes and together they added 51 runs for the first wkt in 38 balls from where they lost wkts on regular basis to be reduced to 93 for 6 as none could cross the double digit except Shiyam who remained unbeaten on 25 off 24 balls with one four. Fahad made 7, Mustafa 5 and Omer also 7. Siraj M grabbed 3 wkts for 20, M. Irshad 2 wkts for 12 and a wkt each was claimed by Rumaish A C 1-21 and Waseem 1-24.
